Creative Journey

My creative journey as a filmmaker began in my junior year of high school, when I picked up a camera for the first time and instantly felt a spark. What started as simple video projects quickly grew into a passion for storytelling, visual composition, and editing. Over time, I developed my voice as a filmmaker—one driven by emotion, community, and truth. I’ve had the honor of being nominated for a NATAS Student Production Award, a recognition that motivates me to keep pushing myself. I continue to refine my craft through hands-on experience with my Sony A7III and by diving deeper into DaVinci Resolve, constantly experimenting with color, pacing, and sound to elevate each project. This is just the beginning—I'm committed to growing, learning, and telling stories that matter. I plan to continue my film journey at DePaul University in the windy city.
